FIESTAS IN EL SABINAR 2011

(In honor of St. Bartholomew)
Programme

- August 21
“Verea” starts from Santiago de la Espada
19.00 h. Arrival of cattle to "Tena Slab" to spend the night

- August 22
08.00 h. Transfer of the cattle from Tena to the dam
14.00 h. Arrival of the cattle at the dam where we stop for a snack and rest
18.00 h. Passage of cows from the village center (Vereda and Yeste).
00.00 h. Start of the festivities accompanied by the brass band "Los Mixtos."

- August 23
11.00 h. Children's entertainment in the garden for the kids from each house, with clowns and stilt walkers (balloon twisting, face painting, songs, storytelling, parachute games ...).
13.00 h. Opening of Las Rejas for anyone who wants to see the cows
17.00 h. Batukada "Dakatuba" through the streets of the town.
18.00 h. Traditional “unlocking” of the bulls for running through the town square
23.30 h. Performance of "Duo Gala" in the garden square.

- August 24
08.00 h. Performance by “Banda de Musica de Letur”
12.00 h. Solemn Mass in honor of our Patron Saint Bartholomew and the Blessed Virgin of the Rogation, accompanied by the Parish Choir Sabino, and later floral offering to the saints.
14.00 h. All to drink beer to celebrate our big day .. San Bartolomé
17.00 h. Childrens games in the garden of the town (train, bull, inflatables and WiI) 
22.00 h. Solemn procession of St. Bartholomew and the Virgin of Rogation, accompanied by the Band.
23.30 h. Magnificent Castle Fireworks "Piromusical"
00.00 performance "1st Line".

- August 25
11.00 h. Fantasy show and games for all ages in the garden square.
17.00 h. Parade with Batukada "DAKATUA."
18.00 h. Traditional running of bulls in the square and streets of the town
21.00 h. Release of calves.
00.30 Great performance of "ENBRUJO" - MOYTO CANALLA.

- August 26
12.00 h. A beer to celebrate ... it's Friday!
17.00 h. Water war accompanied by the brass band "Los Cuatros Gatos".
18.00 h. Traditional running of bulls in the square and streets of the town
23.30 h. Great performance of the orchestra "D-3".

- August 27
11.00 h. 1st child “ imprisonment” by the Association Taurine Al-Limon.
14.00 h. Lunch
17.00 h. Parade with the brass band "Los Cuatros Gatos".
18.00 h. Final running of bulls throught the square and streets of the town
23.30 h. Great performance of the orchestra "Cache."
