Cáritas, Acoma and local radio stations holding a charity marathon

CÁRITAS, ACOMA AND LOCAL RADIO STATIONS ORGANISE A NEW CHARITY MARATHON ON DECEMBER 9TH.
From 10 am until 7 pm, two radio stations are playing uninterrupted radio for fundraising and donations for the needy

On December 9th, Mazarrón has a new opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to those most in need, with the holding of the Third Radio Solidarity Marathón organized in collaboration with the City of Mazarrón, Mazarrón and Puerto Caritas, local stations and the Merchants Association of Mazarrón and Shire (ACOMA).

Along with the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, each of the representatives of the organisation of the event presented this new edition calling on Mazarrón to collaborate. They need hygiene products and support, insofar as possible, to serve families who need a hand to get ahead. From 10 am to 7 pm at Carpa de Día de Mazarrón, and opposite Plaza de Abastos in Puerto de Mazarrón, the marathon will play during which phones will be answered to receive donations. They will also release an account number to pay the money you wish to donate.

Tapas route in Mazarrón

29 bars and restaurants are participating in YOUR BEST TAPAS ROUTE.
Residents and visitors can enjoy this gastronomic attraction between 3th and 13th December. Customers will vote the best tapas in a passport that will be available at participating bars and restaurants.  This is another attraction for the Fiestas Patronales de la Purísima.

Customers holding at least ten stamps from the bars and restaurants will be entitled to participate in a raffle to be held on Sunday December 13 at 9pm in the Carpa del Recinto Ferial Camino de los Rincones. Those who complete the 20 stamps will participate in a draw for 150 euros in cash to spend on Eurocash El Puerto, a shopping cart worth 150 euros or overnight stay for two with dinner and spa hotel in San Thalasia Pedro del Pinatar. The tapas that gets the most votes will be recognized as "winner" by the City of Mazarrón.

Over 60 establishments are involved in a new trade route from 3rd to 13th December with the chance to win more than 60 items.  The object of the trade route is to encourage reinvestment in Mazarrón.  The trade route has been organized by the municipality of Mazarrón in collaboration with the Association of Dealers in Mazarrón and Shire (ACOMA).

The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, Mazarron encouraged people to participate in this new route, motivated by the lure of draws for more than 60 gifts that will take place on December 13th at 8pm at Carpa del Recinto Ferial Camino de los Rincones..

ACOMA president, Paqui Madrid, said that to participate you just need to fill in the coupon that customers can pick up on more than 60 establishments in the Mazarrón municipality involved in the route. To qualify for the giveaway, you just need to make six purchases, said Paqui Madrid who wanted to highlight the effort of shops and some of the gifts offered are large appliances.

For his part, Councillor of Commerce, Marisol Vivancos, has encouraged participation since, as noted, "Mazarrón businesses are as competitive as those of other municipalities."
