"DALI" EXHIBITION IN MAZARRÓN


On Friday 27 April in the Mazarrón Town Hall, saw the exhibition opening of Salvador Dali sculptures jointly organised by the Town Council of Mazarrón and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community of Murcia. The exhibition opened at 9 pm by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, and the Councillor for Culture, Tourism and Education, Maria Celeste Soria.

The exhibition consists of 46 sculptures of various sizes of the great Catalan artist that can be seen until June 30 from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, and Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 8pm.

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, stressed that "the inauguration of this exhibition will be a fact unprecedented in social and cultural life of the municipality. Enjoying the work of Dali in Mazarrón will be one of the most important events of the celebration of 440 anniversary of the granting of the
Privilegio de Villa”.  This exhibition will give way to another great show as is that of Pedro Cano and, collectively, "will make a real cultural revolution in our town."
