Mazarrón vibrates and with the arrival of summer and a full
musical event will be held this Friday July 12 through a firm commitment from
the City of Mazarrón to expand leisure activities and free time for the summer
season. Specifically, the session and the station "Cadena Dial" will
see performances on the main promenade of Puerto de Mazarrón by Vanessa Martin, Kiko Gaviño and
“Attrezzo", which will take place from 21:30 hours.
The forthcoming show was presented by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, and the General Director of Cadena SER in the Region of Murcia, Domingo Camacho. The latter congratulated the Consistory in their efforts "to value such a nice place like the Bay of Mazarrón with many activities scheduled throughout the year, as in the case of Fotogenio, and we now have this landmark concert to look forward to".
Camacho presented the artists who will take the stage on Friday 12 noting that "Vanessa Martin is a great artist who has from the age of 6 been singing and writing, being the author of works that have been played by big names in the music scene nationally”.
There was also good words for "Los Caños" Kiko Gaviño. The Director of Cadena SER, stressed "the established track record of this artist who, after leaving Los Caños formed a duo with his sister Sara getting a great success with songs that became well known." The group "Attrezzo" completes the musical event "being one of the bands with more projection in Murcia over the last year," concluded Camacho.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo said that "last year we explore how to undertake summer concerts but with lesser known groups that were very well received. With this show we take a big step and we strengthen the leisure and activities also consolidating our relationship with Cadena SER magnificently who covered the latest edition of Fotogenio ". The Mayor pointed out that "it will be an intense weekend because, besides the concert on the 12th the summer carnival through the streets of Puerto de Mazarrón will take place."
