Description : The route is to follow the white and green local Path called " Senda de Coterillo " . We will come across plant species such as blue thistle , sea lily and small reptiles along the paths that pass through the pine forest. Rest for a few minutes on a natural beach (Torre Derribada ) to walk along the shore of the sea and back to the starting point.

Cruz Roja in the Region of Murcia will arrange pick up the donations from the Visitor Centres and distribute to those who need it most

These routes will be held the last Thursday of each month and are designed with a very low level of difficulty , and with progression in terms of distance and time on the road, making them accessible to
virtually everyone .
Duration : 1 h . and 30 min , walking about 6 km on average.
Departure time: 9:30 am from the Centro de Servicios Sociales. You are asked to arrive at 9.20am to meet the schedule.
The duration of activity of each day will depend on the route, trying to be back in the city from 12.30 h . to 13 h . approx .
Registration required for organisation : three days before the start of the event at
Edificio de Igualdad y Servicios Sociales, 1ª floor. Phone: 968 18 53 93 ext .112.
Recommendations :
- Use socks and sneakers designed for running, walking, hiking ...
If you expect to be in brand new shoes choose the shorter routes .
- Bring a small backpack with water and some lunch .
