in the Centro Cultural de Mazarrón , the exhibition ' Iberia y Fenicia - Un encuentro en las costas de Mazarrón’ by artist Juan Navarro
" El Saino " . The exhibition consists of about twenty high quality
drawings on Iberian and Phoenician civilizations . The exhibition can be
visited from Monday to Friday from 9am -22 pm, and was opened by the Mayor of
Mazarrón , Ginés Campillo, the Councillor for Culture, Maria Celeste Soria, and
the artist himself.
Maria Celeste Soria said that "this show is important for two reasons . Firstly because it is the first exhibition at the Centro Cultural de Mazarrón since its inauguration . And secondly, because it coincides with the celebration of the International Congress on our Phoenician boat, with the wreck of Mazarrón being included in some excellent drawings made Juan Navarro " .

completes an exciting conference on our Phoenician boat , these initiatives
being an example of our commitment to value our archaeological heritage .”
