The Social Lounge in the hamlet of Leiva hosts on Saturday
November 23 a new theatrical performance by the theatre group Ramonete y Puntas de Calnegre titled "El Parque de
Ramonete". The performance will take place in that Social Hall , located next
to the parish church , from 9pm and admission is free until all seats are full.
Additionally, the evening will feature performances by local artists Antonio Serrano Gallego, José Gallego Méndez 'El Yeguero ' and Mariquita Lorente Vivancos, who will recite beautiful and moving poems , and Isabel Segura and Maria Rosa Perez who will perform a nice song , thus completing the varied programme.
The event is organised by the Mayor of Leiva , Juan Soler , and‘Teatro Canalejas’ del Club de Pensionistas y Jubilados de Mazarrón, with the collaboration of the Neighbourhood Association 'Virgen del Carmen' of Leiva. Juan Soler has invited " anyone wishing to spend a pleasant evening in good company , to come up to Leiva to join us in a new and what will be an entertaining evening ."
