FREE "INTRODUCTORY" DIVING LESSON - 1

On Saturday September 1 at Rihuete Beach, starting at 9 am, free diving is being offered by El Centro de Buceo del Sureste “Bachisub”  for over 14´s that has never tried this.  The event was announced  on 22 August by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, the Councillor for Tourism, Mary Celeste Soria, and the Manager of the Company "Bachisub" Alfonso Bachelor. The initiative has the support of the Mazarrón Town Hall and Federation of Underwater Activities in the Region of Murcia (FASRM).

As explained by Alfonso Bachelor  “this is for everyone over 14 who wish to start in the scuba diving. They must enroll in both our dive center, located in Plaza del Mar near the barracks of the Civil Guard, and the Office of Tourism of Puerto de Mazarrón. "

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo commented "it is important to support initiatives like this because it is a good idea to promote diving and diving in Mazarrón. A proposal to promote tourism, but also to strengthen our identity. " In fact, the Mayor has invited "not only tourists, but also residents of the municipality to discover Mazarrón from a totally different point of view."
