The artist from Murcia, Antonio Tapia, whose exhibition you
can see in the Town Hall of Mazarrón until June 10, will offer three guided
tours of his show “El Viaje de Deméter” on Saturday 27 May. The activity is
free and will start at 10:30 am, with two more sessions taking place at 11:30am
and 12.30pm.
Antonio Tapia exhibits in Mazarrón a display with free rein
to his creativity, focusing his expression on the complexity of the human mind
and choosing the figure of the woman as a generator of life and transmitter of
emotions. Different plastic arts are combined in the two main rooms of a
building that this year sees its 125th anniversary.
Antonio Tapia has produced more than 20 individual
exhibitions and participated in numerous collective exhibitions. The Region of
Murcia, Alicante, Andalucía or Madrid have hosted some of the works of this
artist who has participated in international workshops given by teachers such
as Pepe Lucas, Pedro Cano, Cristóbal Gabarrón and Antonio López.
The exhibition can be visited from Monday to Saturday from
10am-2pm and afternoons on Wednesday to Friday from 5pm-8pm. On June 9 the room will be closed.
