The Plaza Toneleros
of Puerto de Mazarrón will host a Marinero Market from 13 to 16 April. More
than 45 craft exhibitors will offer their products from Holy Thursday to Easter
Sunday. The event that accommodates the local artisans coincides with one of the
most visited tourist holidays of the year in Puerto de Mazarrón, in a renovated
Plaza frequented by passers-by.
This
activity was presented by the Councillor of Festivals, Patricio Sánchez, in the
company of the Councillor for Tourism, María Ángeles Román and the Head of the Mercados
Arlekin, Juan José Martínez.
The market
will be completed with a schedule that will be repeated every day. So at 12pm
and 6pm, there will be a parade with music and animation. At 8pm sees a musical
performance and at 11pm are parades and a night fire show. A children's corner
is available throughout the business hours for the little ones to enjoy.
Patricio
Sanchez encouraged everyone to visit this market, an attraction for all the
public that seeks to make Mazarron a place of enjoyment during these days.
