80 participants from all over the country will meet in the
waters of Puerto beach next weekend of 7 and 8 October
For the second consecutive year, the waters of the Bay of
Mazarron will host the Copa del Rey and the final race of the Spanish
Motorcycle Water Championship.
This time the location will be the beach of the Port as the
place that hosts the competition during the weekend of 7 and 8 October.
This
sporting event was presented by Sports Councillor Patricio Sánchez, along with
the Presidents of the Murcia and National Federations of Motonáutica, Dionisio
Baño and José Miguel Martínez and the Managing Director of the Puerto
Deportivo, Juan Marín.
The organizers expect the participation of about 80 pilots
in the circuits and rallyjet modalities. The circuit competition will start on
Saturday October 7th at 10:00 am. The awards ceremony will take place at 19:30
hours. Sunday October 8 will be the turn for the competition in the modality of
rallyjet. The delivery of trophies will be from 14:00 hours.
Patricio Sánchez,
highlighted the importance of this event given the impact it achieves in
benefit of the tourist projection of the municipality.
