On Friday, January 3, 'La Acefia' Sports Centre hosts a musical representation of Pinocchio promoted by the Department of Culture and Celebration of the City of Mazarrón. The presentation of this activity was provided by the Councillor for Culture, Maria Celeste Soria, the Representative of 'Indalo Producciones', José Ferrer, and Musical Director, Juan Ruiz. As explained by the Councillor for Culture, "the performance will take place on Friday, January 3rd starting at 6 pm, with the ticket price of 10€ in advance and 12€ at the box office." These tickets can be purchased at BBB Boutique, Calzados Luna, Papelería Folder and Mercería Antonio J. Alcalá in Mazarrón and Calzados Luna and the Tourist Office in Puerto de Mazarron.

For his part, José Ferrer explained that this musical "is a great show where theatre, music and circus combine as, in addition to staging a fantastic original soundtrack there will also be performances by trapeze and acrobats." The Representative of Indalo Producciones 'thanked the City "that has returned their trust in us to bring a new show which will hopefully reap the same success as that of 'Enchanted Kingdom'" and also said how lucky they were "to have a sponsor such as BBB Boutique in this production. "

Musical director, Juan Ruiz, was "particularly excited, because it was here in Mazarrón that I started my career in the theatre" and invite citizens to enjoy this show" which will be full of emotions." For Ruiz, "this musical wants to convey two messages. First, the importance of family and children, and on the other hand, the learning processes of the smallest, being a spectacle that the whole family can enjoy."

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, stressed that "after the fabulous success of the musical Gisela we wanted to promote an activity programme aimed at smaller chldren because of the holidays." The Mayor encouraged all citizens "to enjoy this show, because the City Council are working to make this holiday one that moments together can be shared with either the musical or the rest of the activities scheduled for the 50th anniversary of the library 'Gómez Jordana' including puppet shows, workshops, storytelling and even film screenings."
