On Saturday May 16 Mazarrón returns to host a new edition of
the Automobile Ascent of Mazarrón Bay. Again the most renowned riders will not
miss this appointment in the Regional and National scene.
As stated at a press conference Deputy Chairman of the
Automobile Federation of Murcia, Daniel Lopez, about riders will participate in
this new event in Mazarrón Bay. A competition that stands out for the variety
of vehicles and participants.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Garcia, presented with
Daniel Lopez this event and encouraged all residents and visitors of Mazarrón
to come and enjoy this unique day.
At 8:30am all participants will meet at the Plaza Bucaneros
de Puerto de Mazarrón (Playa Grande). Around 12:30pm going along the RM332
cutting the road at the Valdelentisco desalination plant.
The road will be closed until about 7.30pm and the awards
ceremony will take place in the Plaza Bucaneros at 9pm
Both tests are organized by Automobile Club of Totana and
Despo Events and have the cooperation of the City of Mazarrón and the
Automobile Federation of the Region of Murcia.
